Day 30 /La Besse / Restday
I woke up at 1.00, 2.33, 4.53, 6.12,...finally I fell a sleep to wake up at 7.31. My new Brazilian friend Antonio is the Neymar of snoring. At 9.00 I’m ready for breakfeast. No plate is required. Coffee is delivered as “pichet” out of the microwave.

After breakfeast I update the blog and attempt to do nothing. I’m succeeding. Around 12.00 Antonio and I do a brief pre-lunch stroll. The sun is shining, the greyness gone, the temperature could be higher but I’m not complaining. The views are stunning.
Lunch is great. Foie Gras, Cocq au vin, Chocolat moulleux and red wine. The perfect food for a Sunday afternoon. Afterwards I wake up just in time to see Niki Terpstra winning the “Ronde van Vlaanderen”. I was not able to find melocakes or whiskey. Tomorrow new adventures await, no rain is predicted. Life is good.
